SHIPPING

I only ship within Canada for the time being. 

All prices of shipping are not marked up and are the actual price that I will have to pay to get your order to you. 

Shipping prices are calculated by size and weight and by the distance that the product needs to be delivered.

Every order will have a tracking number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Crochet items cannot be refunded or returned due to hygiene issues. Crystals or jewellery cannot be refunded or returned unless the crystal is shattered or broken.

Each issue will be dealt with on a case to case basis so please contact me at info@pacificcoastcrystals.com.

Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order or the problem cannot be resolved.
